I broke my camera!!!!

Would you soddin believe it but I was uploading some pics from my camera to my laptop and I went to go downstairs and caught the lead with my foot sending the camera flying!!! Happy New Year all

 Well I spent ten of the past festive days in total silent meditation at the Dhamma Dipa meditation centre and what an amazing experience I had. So much insight, so much wisdom and self knowledge, awesome! if not very hard and challenging.

 A new year with new challenges for us all and I wish everyone a joyfull, happy and healthy year.
