Ok so the web site is finally up and running, which is a huge relief and the timing could not of been better either as it concides with a three page article in this months `Hereforshire Life` magazine.
I am also happy to report that I have just been on a `Food and Health` course at Penrhos Court in Kington and have to say " Daphne Lambert, the celibrated chef and nutritionist, is an amazing lady, a great teacher, a superb cook and is so amazingly knowledgable and passionate about food and this can`t help but rub off on you. I and everyone else who was there had the most wonderful and enjoyable time.
