Christmas and New year

Wow!! How about that then, another year all but done and dusted.

How exciting this is for me... I'm off to Ipswich to spend Christmas day with my sister and her family and then on to see my daughter and grandchildren on Boxing day. Then heading down to Harewood End in Herefordshire on th 27th, for a ten day silent meditation retreat at the Dhamma Dipa centre.
So all this means that I will be available for work from the 8th January.....

Electrotherapy

Hi all,

I am so excited and really looking forward to the next few days as tomorrow I am off to Leeds on a three day electrotherapy training course. How exciting!! and when it is over I should hopefully be fully qualified in the use of T.E.N.S and ultrasound. That should and will add a completely new aproach in the way I am able to treat certain injuries.

Totally awesome Christmas gift idea!!!

I finally finished designing and printing some gift vouchers for Christmas, hooraaaay. They have been causing me some serious brain ache but it has all paid off and I am really happy with the results. I was struggling for a while to know what to say and how they should look but eventually decided to keep it simple... few words, nice bright colours, to the point and printed on the inside of some rather gorgeous Oxfam 'Be Humankind' Christmas cards.
I shall be sending one to every one of my clients from 2008 and selling some through my website and some through 'The Hereford Centre for Natural Health'.

Hello there,

Today I found out that I need to put links on my web page to get it further up the list on search engines and apparantly it works even better if they are linked back to my site. Well that was a mission and now I`m just waiting and looking on google to see if and when www.deeptissueholisticmassage.com will show up in a search.

Again, any help or advice to help me here would be greatly appreciated. This is a new venture for me and also my first attempt at designing, building and publishing a site on the web.

two of the links I managed to secure are with www.greencuisine.org and www.penrhos.com which is a real catch by anybodies standards and to be linked to there is a real bonus and can only be of benefit.

I'm still playing around with design ideas for gift vouchers and hope to have them finished and in circulation by the weekend.

Gift Vouchers

Cor is it ever hard trying to get your web site to show on google or any other search engine for that matter!! Well it is for I, someone who has no prior knowledge of such things and is leaning as i go along, so any tips or advice would be greatly recieved :O)

I had an idea to set up a gift voucher scheme what with christams getting closer ;) I thought it would be a great way of giving a real one off, special gift, to that special someone so that's my goal over the next couple of days to design, display and offer on my web site, a great looking voucher.

Up And Running

Ok so the web site is finally up and running, which is a huge relief and the timing could not of been better either as it concides with a three page article in this months `Hereforshire Life` magazine.

I am also happy to report that I have just been on a `Food and Health` course at Penrhos Court in Kington and have to say " Daphne Lambert, the celibrated chef and nutritionist, is an amazing lady, a great teacher, a superb cook and is so amazingly knowledgable and passionate about food and this can`t help but rub off on you. I and everyone else who was there had the most wonderful and enjoyable time.

Hi,
so I finally managed to get a web site that is what I believe good enough to post to the web and today I transfered the domain name over, apparantly it will now take up to 7 days to be up and running so from time to time please do have a look to see if it is up deeptissueholisticmassage.com
